Board Meetings
As required by Chapters 189 and 190 of Florida Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Fiscal Year 2024/2025 Regular Meetings of the Board of Supervisors of the Epperson North Community Development District shall be held at 6:00 p.m. at the Epperson Lakehouse, 9045 Ivy Stark Blvd., Wesley Chapel, Florida 33545.

The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts.
The Audience Comment portion of the agenda is where individuals may make comments on matters that concern the District. Individuals are limited to a total of three (3) minutes to make comments during this time.
